Greg and his crew did a great job with our boathouse project.
- Quickly followed through when requested a proposal
- Worked with Lake County & ironed out permitting complications
- Kept us in the loop about the project progress and start date
- Showed up when they said they would
- Finished the project two days ahead of schedule
- Cleaned up the job site thoroughly
- The workmanship and quality of work was excellent

We first met with Greg last fall to get the ball rolling on our dock project.  He patiently explained the entire procedure from permits to building and everything in between.  The possibilities for materials and creative design options were endless.  His title "Creative Dock Design" is certainly accurate.

At the onset of this process one of our main concerns was adding a dock and creating an interruption to our lakefront view that we love.  Instead, Greg was able to create the exact dock silhouette we imagined, enhancing our lakefront and making it even more beautiful  Now we can actually go out onto the lake and enjoy it at a whole new level.

Greg was completely transparent with all information and was right on time with everything from paperwork and invoices to permits and construction.  He never wasted his time or ours, but he was thorough and made sure every question we had was answered.  He never made us feel like we were an imposition.

Greg's team, Aaron and Bill, arrived every single day by 7:30am and worked diligently and with focus every minute, often working into the dark hours of the evening.  The were knowledgeable and professional with obvious skills, and they were funny and courteous and respectful, as well.  We could not have asked for any better team.

My family recently had a seawall rebuild in Leesburg. The crew that did the job were awesome and answered all our questions while doing amazing work. They were all friendly and went above and beyond. Our main goal was to keep the look of our old deteriorating wood deck and make it brand new. The transformation was done within the parameters of the old deck, making it more difficult, but the results were spot on. By using Trex Composite Material makes it great because I don't have to paint anymore. Greg used marine pressure treated wood for the framework under the Trex.
